Who is behind this initiative?

Siliano Oduno with his label "Siliano Oduno Records" came up with the idea of offering an award so that the artists / musicians who cannot come up with MILLION streams can be honored. He is himself a musician, composer and producer and knows the many pitfalls of the music industry. Without intensive marketing almost nothing works. Many musicians have neither the knowledge nor the necessary money to establish constant marketing.

Music does not become good just because it is discovered and heard directly by millions of people. Rather, music consumers and understandably many radio stations as well as streaming portals do not always make the effort to go on a journey of discovery themselves due to the flood of new releases.

Often there are even guidelines as to which music should be played preferentially. The market is already divided among the big players. As a rule, there is no real international mix of music on offer.

Many incredibly beautiful musical compositions therefore often only reach a small audience. We want to change that. We want to change the game.
